Overview[]
Nicole Rin is a boss encountered within Snowville's Castle. She is the main boss for Snowville, and has 420 HP and is occasionally accompanied by The Birdman, if it is an elite raid, she will be accompanied by 1 Arcovian Knight.
She drops Protection Seal, Mysterious Staff, and Mysterious Crates.
Strategy[]
Alone, Nicole doesn't pose much of a threat. However, if she gains 6 bits and uses Enchanted Staff of Azure, 2 Arcovian Knights will spawn in, making the battle much more difficult. Therefore, it is advised to take her out as quickly as possible before she has a chance to summon in the knights. Cards with high damage potentials, such as Ignite and Dynamic Bolt, and powerful attack buffs such as Agony Seal and Berserker Stance are recommended.
Another popular strategy used to prevent Nicole from using Enchanted Staff of Azure is to use the cards Mask of Truth to keep an eye on her cards when she starts saving up bits and Mask of Calamity in order to remove Enchanted Staff of Azure from her deck.
Engaging Nicole in battle with a full party of 4 players is also highly suggested. If a player is saving up for a powerful card, it is advised to make sure Nicole won't use Mind Control, and Charm that player to attack their teammates.
It is highly recommend to use Tranquilizer on charmed teammate as this will stop them from using powerful cards on to your team. Weak attack cards work as well, as long as the damage output isn't 0.

On the 22nd of September, 2023, Nicole Rin's HP was reduced from 500 to 450. At some point later, it was reduce to 420.

- Nicole Rin will not respawn like other bosses if the Birdman was initially in the battle.
- Nicole is most likely based on and a recreation of the former boss of Arcovia in Hexaria Demo, the Arctic Mage.
